Tips for Securing your Allocation in Upcoming IPOs

1. Let us know as soon as you decide to apply

Prospectus.com.au likes to reward its members who respond promptly to the green light opportunities. We prioritise member applications on a first-in-first-served basis using a reference date to prioritise. The reference date is determined as follows
How the member applied for shares Date Application Received Reference Date
By pre-registering Application & payment received less than 5 working days after pre-registering Date of Pre-registration
By pre-registering Application & payment received greater than 5 working days after pre-registering Date Application/Cheque is received
By sending the application withour pre-registering Application & payment received the same day we are informed Date Application/Cheque is received
In summary, the sooner you advise us that you intend to apply for an allocation, the better chance you have in securing your desired amount. We suggest you use the pre-registration service and follow up with the application soon after.
Note that members with a history of pre-registering and then not proceeding with the application will be given lower priority in future IPO allocations.

2. Mail your application to us not to the registry

Ensure you follow the subscription process outlined on the website and send your application to us and not direct to the registry. Our postal address is: IPO Division, Subscribe Pty Ltd, PO Box 7775, Perth WA, 6850.

3. Complete your application form and cheque details correctly

Incorrect application forms, or incorrect payee details on the accompanying cheque, may result in your application form being invalid. To avoid this follow the details as outlined on the website.

4. Let us know as soon as possible if you have interest in an Orange Light listing

If you have an interest in subscribing for an Orange light IPO email us your interest (and the amount you wish to apply for) and we will do what we can to assist securing your allocation on your behalf.

5. Check your emails

We will advise you within 5 working days when we have received your application form and cheque, so check you email regularly. If you haven’t received this within 10 working days of sending us your application form we may not have received your mail. If this is the case, you may want to check with Australia Post as to the whereabouts of your mail.
